    1. Will the cookies break into pieces during delivery?

    No worries the cookies will be in good shape. We use 

    bubble wrap to wrap the container nicely and our containers 

    and boxes are extra thick. Kindly contact us if there is any 

    problem with the goods received, we will resend the 

    cookies if it had broken into pieces.

    2. How long does it takes to ship out after paid?

    We will ship out the order on next business day after 

    received the order.

    3. How long can the cookies last?

    ★ Cookies in tin     ★ Cookies in 1kg package

    ★ Classic Cookies

    Our products can last from 3 to 6 months depending on 

    which type of cookies and if nicely sealed.

     ★ New York Style Soft Cookies

     Storage instruction:

    1) Room temperature

    Our cookies can last for 2 weeks if it is fully sealed or kept 

    in air tight container.

    2) Fridge

    Can last for one month if kept in fridge. Please keep in air 

    tight container and reheat before consuming.

    3) Freezer

    Can last for 3 months in freezer. Please defrost and reheat 

    before consuming.

    **Please reheat cookies before consuming to get that 

    Gooey texture!

    Reheating Instruction:

    1) Oven

    Pre-heat your oven to 170c and reheat the cookies for 5 

    minutes. Cool the cookies in room temperature for 5 

    minutes before consuming.

    2) Microwave

    Microwave the cookies for 15 to 20 seconds before 

    consuming.

    4. How long can the cake last?

    It can last for 3 days under room temperature. If keep in the 

    fridge, it can last for 5 to 7 days.

    5. Can we pre-order and ship out on designated date?

    Yes, you may let us know the date you wish to ship out by 

    leaving a message at the special request column.

    6. Are your food halal?

    Yes, we are halal certified by JABATAN AGAMA ISLAM 

    SELANGOR (JAIS) & JABATAN KEMAJUAN ISLAM 

    MALAYSIA (JAKIM).

    7. What is your delivery coverage area for cookies and 

    gifts?

    We can deliver to East and West Malaysia and Singapore.
